I finally added the hat that is featured in Bust mag to Primp Shop and hope to add another hat and a couple of scarves by the end of the long holiday weekend. (at Frankie shoes in Fremont) Thanks to all the girls who emailed me letting me know where to find them :) I think my favorite part of the trip was seeing the red and orange and yellow leaves everywhere. Brandy in another gorgeous skirt by Kabira and I bought 1) a short black circle skirt with a lime green lining that shows when you twirl AND a blue waistband also made by Kabira. ( i knew I was getting that one for sure. bought another skirt From last week. it will be my holiday party skirt) I have to take a pic of this one. too beautiful for words. 2) a pair of Anja Flint pants. light brown with pink button details 3) white heels with a flower detail by Pearla Maung There are pics of the red verion here 4) a black tank top with yarn detail by Robyn Salera I just looked at the list of designers again and I can't believe I missed out on a few. oh well, better on my pocketbook and more to look forward to at the next one. 0 comments 12:33 AM I went to the Stitch N Bitch book signing with Debbie Stoller today and had her sign my copy! It was so great to finally meet her (even if I was too shy to say too much). She also let me know that one of my flowery hats and Connie's Asia earrings will be in Bust magazine's Holiday gift guide coming out in the December issue. yay! Then Man Hi and I went over to Knit Cafe on Melrose to buy some pretty yarn for more projects. I walked out with some dazzle by Takhi Yarns to turn into a scarf. The place was pretty crowded. It was very cool to see so many people creating such pretty pieces. I need to hang out there soon. Then head over to Sweet Lady Jane across the street for cake. me in the scarf I made a few weeks back
